6th Annual Special Operations Warrior Foundation Golf Tournament
Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF) is a nonprofit organization
that provides college scholarship grants, based on need, along with financial aid and educational counseling, to the children of
Special Operations personnel who were killed in an operational mission or training accident. We are truly excited to be working
for such a noble cause, that is especially relevant during these troubled times.
Furthermore, we invite you and your colleagues to participate in the golf tournament at Andrews Air Force Base Golf Course
Thursday, June 12, 2008, with tee-off at 2:00 p.m., followed by a dinner to celebrate the tournament winners and thank our
sponsors.
Foursomes and individuals are invited to play. The cost per golfer will be $95.00. Price includes:
- Round of golf
- Hole-in-one contest
- Longest drive
- Closest to the pin
- Dinner
Sponsor a Service Man
One of the great features of the 5th Annual SOWF Golf Outing is the chance to sponsor and play with soldiers. Last year, we hosted
16 soldiers, 12 of whom were recovering at Walter Reed. They had a great time playing, and we were all honored to meet them and
give them a chance to enjoy a beautiful day out on the links. If you would like to sponsor a service man or woman to play click

Through both sponsorship and participation, we can enjoy a day of golf, camaraderie and fun, while also supporting the Special
Operations Warrior Foundation.

Tournament Registration
We want to start of by thanking you all for signing up and sponsoring this golf tournament benefiting the Special Operations
Warrior Foundation. It's a worthy cause we are all supporting! We will see you all on Thursday, June 12th, 2008 (1400) right here
at our Golf Course. We recommend that you get there early enough to get through security and to warm up at the golf range. We
still have room for more golfers, so if you know of anyone who would still like to play, or if you would like to sponsor an
